In MS access fields are not accepting data properly
Hello friends actually I have been get selected in a company which mainly requires the creation of a database and maintenance of information and that is why most of the work that needs to be done with MS Access. But the problem I'm facing now is that when I try to make a new raw material through a form of "add new item of raw materials" and select the provider of "seller" save the record fields, but instead of the name of the supplier that puts the supplier ID there is some fluctuation in the data fields of the table, so can someone help me know the problem and what should I do to solve this problem.

I think about all this kind of problem occurs when there is any error in the list of fields or even the type of data that could have given particular fields. I would ask to check the data types of fields carefully and see if they can get the problem resolved from there. If that does not solve the problem, I would suggest you should check out the relationship with the entities that are facing the problem may be from there you may be able to get the problem solved.

Hi I would like to know that when you are trying to view this information you are trying to view the report or are you trying to see that in a particular way. If you're trying to see it in a form, then I could have made an error in the query that you used to collect all the data displayed on the form. Check out the query correctly and then see if they can solve the problem. Also, if you are trying to view the data in a report, then I could have a problem with fields selected to view data in a report. Make sure to correct all these errors first base.

I am also facing a problem with MS Access recently as when I'm trying to create a bill that make it successful, but after its creation, when I try to print, I have the impression made in a way that I would . So I would like to be printed in the same format I have, but the print command to print the invoice is otherwise as it wants, so how I can be able to overcome this difficulty I had to do front. Please suggestion quickly as I would like to do the job completed in early to give your presentation.

Will Microsoft Outlook 2011 sync email, contacts and calendar entries?
You know very well that one who goes for Mac will never return. Yes its true but except me. There is only exception for Mail, iCal, Address Book. Well its really frustrating for me because all the three functions are separated by Mac. I am really missing Microsoft Outlook Express since all the three function are included into one program rather than separating it in to 3 different applications. I am little bit scared about the switching back to Outlook. I think will loose the capability of sync on the device of mine. I am looking for the help from your side. Can anyone tell me about the upcoming version of Outlook which will give me the ability to sync email, contacts and calendar entries? Please give me reply as soon as possible.

As far as I know Outlook 2011 having the same kind of sync service which is used in Entourage. I think there will sync will occur if you are going to use SyncService within Outlook and according to me it will definitely sync up with the Address book. However I am warning you that it will not use MAPI for Exchange. In simpler time I should explain that there would be no OWA connection to exchange. If you are looking for the OWA connection then I recommend you that you should use Exchange 2007 SP2 or the higher version of the same.

Well according to recent updates the new Microsoft Outlook Express having support for the syncing contacts but there would be no support for the calendars. This particular thing produced big trouble for me since I am keeping all the calendar entries in the Outlook of mine. even in the iTune in the Mac not providing any option to sync with Outlook. For the time being I have decided that I will be going to use until and unless final release happens in the market. Also let me know if you are having any idea about the any other sync solution.

I don’t know anything about the sync solution but I let you know that developer will provided sync with iCal with pushed update. I have figured out that this is very easy work relatively. When you open Outlook calendar and iCal at the same and next to each other. You will be anything drag and drop on iCal from the Outlook Express. It’s a kind of manual sync. Only thing you can do is to do the drag and drop on the correct day. It will transfer the time accurately but it will change the date on which you have dropped the item on that particular day.

I think it is the most significant black mark on this particular software Microsoft Outlook Express 2011 apart from this is a excellent software. Well I was able to sync my Entourage Calendar with the iPhone of mine. It’s simply stopped working after upgrading with Office Mac 2011. I am waiting for the time when this particular situation will fixed. I have heard that this problem will be going to fix with the upcoming Service Pack 1 of this particular software.

Recently I have started to use Macbook. Well I have imported all the Outlook 2007 data to the Outlook 2011 on the Mac of mine. I have not found any option to sync using iTunes which I had done on the Windows based computer of mine. I have asked the Apple Support for this particular problem whether there is a compatibility issue with iTunes and Outlook Mac 2011. Well Apple Support guy told me that there is a plan to sync with Mac applications but he did not told me anything about the time frame. I have done little bit research work on this particular matter and I have found that Outlook which is compatible on Mac will sync with the Contacts only. MobileMe account is also not syncing with Outlook 2011 for the Mac.

Well I have seen lots of bug in Microsoft Outlook 2011 apart from sync issue of the calendar entries. As far as I know it is the worst program I have ever seen in my entire life. Done underestimate I really loved the previous version of the Outlook that is Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010. I think Microsoft had blown many features of this particular product. I am business user and it’s killing the productivity of mine. I am unable to get why such problem is occurring. I think I am going to cancel Outlook sync.

I am going to give my college exam in the next month of this year 2011. Well I am using iWork creating all the notes of mine. I want to know how I can highlight certain part of the text in the document. I don’t want to use neither bold nor underline on the notes of the mine. I am providing a particular solution to meet the requirement of yours and I am hoping that it will fix the problem of yours.

* You have to select the text in the document which you wanted to highlight.
* Now simply click on Inspector. Now click on the ‘T’ that is Text button which located on the Inspector tool bar menu.
* You will see various options on which you have to click on the More button.
* Now you have to search for the Background fills
* Now simply check the check box which is located near to Character and choose the color palette box which is the right of the Character checkbox.
* Above mentioned steps will help you to highlight the text in the document of yours.

I am suggesting following instruction which you can use to define highlighted text as a character style.

* Now click on the ‘a’ which is located on the font toolbar and select the desire color which you need to highlight the text.
* Now click on View and click on show Styles Drawer.
* You have to again need to choose the desired text.
* In the option below Character Style there you will see an arrow and click on the Create New Character Style from the Selection.
* Now simply select and highlight the text and click on the New Character style which you have created.

Another way to highlighting text is to Text Color Coding. You know that shadow highlighting is the viable solution as till the dedicated solution for the iWork. In the alternative which I am going to suggest is the changing the color of the text itself rather than shadowing the text. I think it is very simple to perform. You have to simply click on the color icon which is located on the top of the iWork main screen. You have to choose the desired text for which you are looking for the changing of the font color and simply select the Text Color from the iWork Color Palettes.

If you have decided to use highlighting then simply mark the areas where you are planning for the future editing. For that particular purpose you have to use Comment tools. Well Comment tool will allow you to highlight the relevant text and put the notes in the margins for the future reference. You can use the following instruction in order to insert the comments.

* You have to select the desired text and click on the Comment button. Another way is to inserting comment is to select the comment from the Drop Down menu.
* A comment text box will pop up on the screen near the margin and simply click on the it and enter the desired comment.

Well iWork is a great software application which I have ever seen. This particular software helped me to create better looking documents then that of Microsoft Word. Numbers in the iWork had made me to work with the Spreadsheet. But according to me the people who had already used Excel will found this particular software quite confusing. If they have not used Excel then I think there will be no issue while they are using Numbers.

I have used both Word 2008 and NeoOffice on the computer of mine. Well I have found large number of formatting error when I am going to use NeoOffice in order to open the Word documents in this particular software. Still I love Pages why because it is the closest thing to the Pagemaker of the Mac. It’s all time favorite software for me. In case you are looking for the Page layout then Pages are the best but when you are going to make long books or manuals then you should go for Word 2008.

Yesterday I have installed the iWork '09 in my Macbook. You might know that why this tool is used. It is actually an office suite for desktop apps generated by app for its MAC OS and ios. The installation went well without any issue. However this package hasn’t came with serial number to active it. But in my case the iwork 09 does not required a serial. The actually the previous version iwork 08 really required a serial key. It seems to me that the apple has removed this now.

This message is aimed primarily at customer or end of a future purchase iWork '09 "Retail Box". Instead, as in previous versions of standard serial number to be supplied one, Apple now has an official support document announced that in future no serial number needed to install and therefore also no serial number will not be included in Retail boxes. The user will get only 30-day trial pack and after that serial number must be applied by using the "Buy" button and then the serial number delivered via email.

It turns out that if you install iWork '09 from the demo disc, asks you the serial number. But if you install it from the DVD shop, do not ask for anything. It is convenient, but confusing. We are used to activate software serial numbers and considering that iWork '08 and iWork '06 serial numbers had not expected that the demo had to uninstall and reinstall from the DVD.

We must believe that change will have surprised other than us because Apple has split a technical note on the absence of serial numbers for iWork’09. The rating confirms that abandonment, once installed you can then use it without further ado. However, this is valid for boxed version. When one wants to switch a demo version downloaded a full version, the online payment on the Apple Store is followed by sending an email with a number that will unlock iWork .

According to me LastPass is free application which can be downloaded from the internet. This is the major benefit of the LastPass over the 1Password. 1Password is quite expensive. Another thing is that this particular application LastPass is cross compatible on various OS platform. You can use this application to sync on the both OS X as well as Windows OS. However 1Password is not cross compatible. Apart from the all the benefits of LastPass I would like to say that this particular application is a cloud application. I mean to say that it can be cracked by the hackers. so if you are looking for security the go for 1Password only.

There are various functionalities available in the 1Passworrd which you like to have in any password management software. 1Pasword let you how strong is the password which you have entered? It also helps you to create the password on the basis of your preferences set. However I have found the website which don’t support for the long password also that websites are restricting the usage of certain kind of character in order to create the website.

You can use the 1Password on the Windows based computer if and only if you have installed DropBox on the computer of yours. The only drawback of doing this that you can have all the information in read only mode. It’s a handy tool in order to grab the all the necessary password if you have already used to sync 1Password. If you are not doing that then you have to look for 1passwordanywhere in the .htm file and save the same in the USB drive of yours.

Currently I am using both the application that is 1Password and LastPass. But according to my opinion I will prefer to use LastPass. Why because it is having capability to integrate with all the popular kind of the browsers like Safari or Firefox. It also crosses compatible with Operating Systems. Nero "Burning Process Failed" error
Hello friends I have got some unusual error with the nero when the last time I tried burning the CD, this was the first time after almost a month that I had tried burning the CD and that is when yesterday I tried burning the CD I got an error saying that Burning Process Failed error. I have done nothing wrong with thee nero file at all for all these months and then also I was facing this error so can anyone help me suggest that what is the possibility of the fault and how should I rectify the fault.

One of the first things that you will have to look for is that you will have to install the Nero again, as I think that the problem would be in the Nero only. What I think that there could be a missing file from the Nero as you have not made it used for over a month and that is the reason why you are not getting the Nero to run again, mostly when the application does not give accurate results then the problem lies in the Nero application which you will have to reinstall.

Hey what I think that it could be possible that the CD that you are trying to burn might have some kind of a problem that is causing the error that is the that Burning Process Failed, so what I think that instead of putting the Nero as a main culprit and trying to reinstall the same what I would suggest that you should look to burn a different CD as that will take much less time than to reinstall the same and then see what happens, I believe that the nero will surely be working fine and that it could be the error of the CD only.

Guys I have tried burning a new CD altogether to see if I can come to know what is the problem but then also with the new CD I got the same error that I was getting before. I have even reinstalled the Nero applications multiple time but then also there was of no use and it was complete waste of time as again and again even if take a new or a old CD I am always getting the same error, can someone help me to know what is the problem and also please don’t suggest me to format the system as I do not want to loose any data.

The problem may occur after you install Nero and rebooted the computer with only a few cases and only with some recorders based on mechanical. It occurs in the following ways, the first is to boot Windows, or when using the PC, especially when you access the CD, I get an error system written in white on a blue background whose message said that there was a fatal error caused by the module SCSI1HLP . VXD. Also it could be possible of to boot Windows, or when using the PC, especially when accessing the CD blocks occur suddenly, without any error message. So try this out and then see if you can get the problem to solve.

Hey you might not be getting the Nero to reinstall completely form your system and that is why you are not getting the thing to run completely after you try reinstalling the same. To resolve this problem you must delete the file Scsi1hlp.vxd located in the C: \ WINDOWS \ SYSTEM \ IOSUBSYS and restart the system. If you cannot start Windows, you boot up in safe mode, delete the file and restart Windows in Normal mode. So try this out and then move ahead with the installation of the nero file again o your system.

Guys I have got some kind of a weird problem with the Nero as well as I have got to know that the Adaptec DirectCD is still incompatible with Nero. I had brought this DirectCD that is developed from the Adaptec and would want to use it just to get to know how is this Drag to Drop system is used in the CD and that I have also heard that there was a w2ay through which we can even compress the data so as to install more and more data on the CD, so can some one help me to know that why the hell is that this CD is not going properly with the Nero.

The problems are different because DirectCD, generally unexpected errors could occur during the burn, Nero crash, malfunction, or system instability. There are two possible solutions:
1) Install the patch to be downloaded from our website ( patch DirectCD 16.5 Kb) that allows you to comfortably use the software but not both simultaneously depending on the configuration selected by the boot manager that is configured by the patch.
2) uninstall DirectCD and use FloppyCD . To uninstall DirectCD not enough automatic uninstall, but you need to do some tasks manually, so try this option out and see if you can get the CD to work with the Nero.

I recently for some of the tremendous problem I need to remove the adobe Photoshop CS3 from my mac osx compatible system. But after that when I tried to reload that one again into the system, it says that use another installer. Along with this when I tried second time to run the installation it flashes that cs 3 is already installed, but this was I removed from my system, then I can’t understand why this error message is appearing into my system? Is here any one having any idea on this problem?

As per my knowledge regarding these type of problem if you already use this installer file before in your system with this same version of CS 3 application, along with also the same operating system version then I suggest you to try once to run the installer file from the administrator prompt. The problem that you mentioned in your post is might be occurring for any other applications, those are installed into your system, for that first of all remove if there any third party or untrusted application or visual effect in your system. In some of the problem I found that the other application may be the cause of these type of problems, so try this. Apart from that is the Photoshop version is support the operating system version that you are using in your system? Make sure about that.

I was also facing relevant type of problem, and after a deep search on this I found this can be happening for the previous installed files. for this I recommend you to check the background of your system, whether the Photoshop process is not running with the other process, if you found any this type of problem than simply kill that process and then go for empty the windows installed folder and registry editor. I think the problem is creating for any other previous installed files in your system. go through this information, I hope it will surely help you to resolve the issue that you posted here.

I am also facing a problem with the adobe Photoshop CS3, this is creating a problem in my windows 7 and mac osx compatible dell system. first problem is that whenever I tried to launch the application it freezes for few minute after that when I tried to close the application forcefully, the system automatically reboot, this is as the major problem with this application, without go for any trick for this issue, I simply tried by reload this, but there also I was getting similar issue, along with this when I tried by a up to date version, this was also not help me. Now I am decided to replace this with the same functioning application, as a alternate of adobe Photoshop for both mac osx and windows platform. So I am here for getting information regarding the alternative for adobe Photoshop CS3, any input will be appreciated greatly.

One of the most populated software named as GIMP, it is a graphics program and photo editor with very powerful inbuilt features. It contains all the tools needed to create drawings and any filters to correct and improve a shot. The GIMP can be used by users of varying levels as a paint program, an advanced photo-editing program, a batch, a format converter etc. The wealth of this open source software is to offer many additional features along with the plug-in.

A additional information on the above post is that, there is another application with the name GIMPshop, it is a image editing software based on Open Source Gimp. this version compatible with the Photoshop, in order to facilitate the adaptation for better graphical presentation. It is compatible with mac osx. its interface and menu structure Adobe Photoshop are aligned so as to GIMP to ease the transition. This is not a complete clone of Photoshop, but found the idea of integrating the modules Gimp approaching Photoshop in a single window and the better it works on windows and mac.

Paint is one of those programs that at first glance may seem very simple and very useful, but when you start to use the notes that have great potential and very useful. With Paint, you can retouch your photos or optimize your images, with some of the basic functions and options. It also highlights the interface very simple and classic demonstrate, I would like to recommend you to go for this software, this is compatible with both windows and mac osx version.
