EXITING TALLY!! Internal Error
My Tally File is not working
When i select the file It shows,
"EXITING TALLY!! Internal Error. Contact Tally Solutions.
Software Exception c0000005
(Memory Access Violation)"

Have you tried Unistalling and then reinstalling Tally or you can even try and turn the default companies to No in Tally.ini and then rewrite teh company using Ctrl + Alt + r. There is a setting that tells Tally to automatically load a company. Supposing the company file is corrupted, you might never start Tally. So disable it. The 'Tally.ini' file is in Tally directory.

I wanna know if we uninstall and reinstall tally , will all our accounting datas become deleted ???
Pls reply me quickly...am in trouble...

Usually when you uninstall Tally it leaves the Tally Data folder in C drive. I am not sure about the new versions but in old it does not delete it. But when you run a fresh installation back again, it overwrites the existing files which led to lost of your data. So it is better to keep a backup of same always whenever you are planing to modify the installation of Tally.
