Family Tree Maker won't open

Family Tree Maker won't open
I'm having a problem with Family Tree Maker. It won't open. I get a message to close or have Microsoft try to find solution. Then nothing happens. The error message includes the following:

Which operating system have you installed in your pc/laptop? Are you Running Family Tree Maker As Administrator? If you click on Start, Programs, Family Tree Maker, Family Tree Maker Version, what happens? Did you Install Family Tree Maker on this new PC? Try to right click on the exe and choose compatability mode to install it.
