Nokia C3: Openoffice 3.3.0 freezing on Windows 7 64-bit

Openoffice 3.3.0 freezing on Windows 7 64-bit
Hello I have installed the OpenOffice 3.3.0 on windows 7 64 bit operating system. Recently I have found that mine OpenOffice 3.3.0 freezing when I try to lunch OpenOffice 3.3.0 from desktop icon. After opening Openoffice and around 5-10 seconds Writer will freeze and I get not responding error message. If I launch from C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice.org 3\program\swriter.exe I not face freezing issue. Now I don’t how to solve this issue. Can anyone help on this issue.

I would like to suggest you to run repair or doing a new installation and I think you should install new download. I have also like to suggest you to check MD5sum to see if you have a clean downloaded or not.

Even I have got the same issue and I have followed the below steps to solve this issue. Uninstalled Openoffice and after that Moved the C:\Users\username\AppData\OpenOffice folder out of the folder. Once iu have finished then installed the Openoffice without Database program. After that I have just created the new profile and I have solved mine issue. So would like suggest you this and then let me know the issue.

If above all solution not working to solve your issue and then I would like to suggest you to make reset the user profile and after that go through your issue. Along with this also make sure you have installed the Java 6 Update 24 and java on your system.
