Nokia C3: Powerdvd 11 PLayback problems

Powerdvd 11 PLayback problems
powerdvd 11 lipsync goes out of whack and the movie speed increases in short bursts after i pause a movie for some time (even a minute) .these have been downloaded from the internet.How can I solve this.My PC is connected directly to my 32 inch lg led tv and I have a optical audio out from my tv going into my onkyo ht-s3400.I play the movies directly from my hard disk.I do not use the computers dvd rom.
My pc config is as follows:

Audio NVIDIA High Definition Audio

I tried using powerdvd 10 but the windows colour scheme changes when i start it and the option for hardware acelleration and brightness,colour,ect setting are disabled.So I have powerdvd 10 and 11 installed on my pc but i am using onnly power dvd 11 for watching hd movies downloaded from the internet.

That issue looks for playback settings in power dvd related to hd movie gameplay. Try to check the same. If the background changes them it is because of poor or outdated driver updates. You can at start try updating the video drivers and check your gpu settings if any. I w
