Did you set the property of VMware View in the PD02? It is one of the last pieces in the setup menu. (No default).If you’re in the menu you require to update the firmware.

I can go, I can choose my pool when you try to connect I get the error. View Connection Server is preparing the desktop.

Cannot connect to the desktop: There is no gateway for the protocol display. Attempt again, or contact the webmaster if the trouble persists.

That is on an internal network? Has a standard Windows client work? Checked firewall and such? This group is set to PCoIP and RDP? Do you have a firewall?

Check the following

* Internal LAN
* Windows client
* Firewall
* Pool set to PCoIP
* Server Security

Hello, could have a trouble with the pool and vDesktop establishment, install View Client on a PC or laptop, and attempt to connect from the client view, if the same error happened, so that should solve your troubles side view of the server connection.
