Before every chapter video skips or jerks in Nero 9
I am using nero9 on the windows 7 operating system. Then I just burned a video DVD using this software. After that when I try to play this DVD then, it will be skips or jerks the video before starting each and every chapter of this disk. I did the several chapter on this disk and there is index menu present on it for selecting the randomly chapter. Now this problem arrive o n the disk. Is it possible that this problem is completely related to the software? Any help will be thanks.

Before suggesting any kind of solution I clearly thought that this is not a recording problem. I think that this is the DVD structure trouble. I think you need to use the other DVD or cd for this video files burning process. This is the correct way that helps to solve such problem. There is special DVD standard for the individual DVD that doesn’t allow writing data on the specific speed and specific format. Hence, I suggest using the alternative way to solve this problem.

As per my knowledge this is the completely related to the software and hence it could be possible that this is the compatibility problem. Then I suggest you to update this software with the Nero V9.4.26 version. This will be the most necessary because the Windows 7 has to be comfortable with this version. Hence I suggest you need to do the update task on this system. This type of solution is to be help to solve such problem.

I don't know if I understand your exact question. I think this is the problem of the burning DVD in the wrong manner. Hence I suggest you to use the different way for avoiding such problem. You need to use the correct burning process for avoiding such problem in the future. This will be help to you for solving the problem. The problem you mentioned is also arriving in my system. Then first I try to read the manual of the Nero to find the correct solution but I couldn’t find any trouble shooting section inside this manual. Then I decided to read the article but this effort also goes failure. Hence I directly contact the toll free number of the Nero expert office. This is the service center office number. The expert will be guided me very well to solve such problem.
