Nokia C3: Browser works only in safe mode

Browser works only in safe mode
Hello, I have been having issue with Dell Laptop for last few days and while troubleshooting reached upto this point, it’s a Vista OS

1. Norton Internet Security, Internet Explorer, Firefox (Default Browser) stopped working
2. Internet was connected but not the browser (SKype was working)
3. Can ping Google etc
4. tried ipconfig release, renew, dnsflush, winsock reset - NO Success
5. System Restore to one month back, IE started working, No Firefox yet, NIS Not yet
6. Uninstalled Norton using Removal tool (didnt work), Deleted from Registry
7. Tried Installing Team viewer - Installation complete but not connected
8. Boot computer in safe mode with networking - everything works including firefox, teamviewer
9. Uninstalled firefox completely and re-installed firefox 11.0
8 copied all proxy settings of safe mode to normal mode still firefox doesnt work in normal mode
9. Firewall turned off / ON with no success; Tried allowing programs firefox and Teamviewer but no luck
10. Ran Superantispyware which detected only adware cookies and deleted them

So, as of now we are at a point where IE, Skype works but no Firefox, Teamviewer... Please advise next steps? Greatly Appreciate the help

It could be a virus attack, have you tried scanning your laptop with some antivirus tool. Check out suggestions given in some similar kind of threads here - Firefox and Internet Explorer Only Works in Safe Mode
