Re: Divx player crashing on all web browsers
Go through the below steps and after that your issue will get solved and to do this you need to open the registry entry. Go to the start icon and after that click on the run. Now on the run type: Regedit and after that click on the ok button. Now you will get the registry editor and under that go to the below location:
Quote:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Inter net Settings
Now here make double click on the ProxyEnable on the right side of the windows. Now change the value of the ProxyEnable key to 0 (zero) and after that click on the ok button and then reboot the system.

Re: Divx player crashing on all web browsers
I have gone through this issue and I have followed the below things and after that I have solved mien issue. To do these open the command prompt. First open the task manger and under that go to the process tab. Now on the process tab locate to the DDMService.exe and after that make right click on the DDMService.exe process and choose the end process. Now once you finish this and after that close the all program and then open the command prompt. Now on the command prompt the paste the all below code and after that press the enter key:
Quote:
@ECHO OFF
rmdir /s /q "%USERPROFILE%\videos\divx movies\Temporary Downloaded Files"
del /q /s "%temp%\*"
REM Clear DDM Stuff
del /q /s "%APPDATA%\Local\Temp\DDM\Plugin\*"
del /q /s "%APPDATA%\Local\Temp\DDM\Settings\*"
del /q /s "%APPDATA%\Local\Temp\DDM\Settings\Tempo… Downloaded Files\*"
rmdir /s /q "%TEMP%\boost_interprocess"
rmdir /s /q "%LOCALAPPDATA%Low\boost_interprocess"
pause
Now once you done this and after that reboot the system and then go through your issue.

Re: Divx player crashing on all web browsers
There are lots of reasons to the crashing like expired Windows program files and also missing DLL files etc. so I would like to suggest you to make contact the Divx support and after that you can solve the issue. Before contacting Divx support, I would like to suggest you to make windows updated and after that go through your issue. I hope so this will help you to get ride the issue.

Check Your Device Drivers make sure that you have updated driver. Make right click on my computer and after that select the properties. Now on the properties go to the hardware tab. Now on the hardware tab make click on the device manger button. Now on the device manger make sure that you have updated the driver. If you have not up-dated the driver then go to the updated tab and under that updated the all the driver and after that let me know the issue.
