How to convert djvu format to PDF in Mac
Does somebody recognize how to convert from djvu format toward PDF? I am using the Mac system and those who are very familiar with Mac might know about the Macdjview. Somebody told me to exchange to PDF by the use of Print option from Macdjview except this alternative is not active (otherwise not obtainable).

Open a program that can do both, it seems not yet available for Windows, but you can use the DjVu viewer and the PDFCreator (PDF printer) to convert DjVu to PDF.

One way is extremely inconvenient to download the plugin for Mac and then open the DjVu files, right click, export as. tiff, and convert. pdf. You must do this for every page of the document djvu (...). Note for Tiger. The beta version for Leopard.

I experienced a few days the great value of the DjVu format: in a small space can have a color book, well-formed and sharp. If I remember correctly, the BeBook supports it natively, but unfortunately my iLiad not.

I looked everywhere until you get to djvu, a site from which you can download a viewer and converter for many platforms. Once installed the program, I tried to convert the file into my possession in PDF format. Now, I do not know if the filter conversion DjVuLibre is poorly done or not, the fact is that the result was a monster of tens of megabytes, compared with 2 little of the original file! At this point, enjoy the ebook on the iLiad is almost beyond dispute.

To convert djvu to PDF from Windows WinDjView simply install and print to PDF using a virtual printer.

Mean size for size or page file size?

The page size settings at the virtual printer. The size of the resulting PDF files can be very large (tens of MB, sometimes a hundred), but the iLiad digests everything quietly.
