How to stop notepad popup

How to stop notepad popup
everything was normal until days ago i have downloaded a file and click a application to get the password.
right now everytime i startup my computer, i will get a notepad popup with the title Password to unzip folder.
The message inside the notepad popup is Password: 1D-UAN
i have tried to track the link and found it in system 32 but when i go to the address i cant find the files inside.
i have tried to use methods like clicking options to show hidden files but still cant find it
may i know how should i solve this problem. thanks
my computer system is vista home premium

Hi we have a topic already discussed in TA before about how to stop the notepad pop up . Can you please view this thread and carry out the solutions given over there. I am sure it will be helpful for you. In case if does not works then revert me back soon.
