Software restrictions policy for netflix silverlight
I'm annoying to work out where Silvelight runs its executables/DLLs OUTSIDE "Program Files" and "Program Files (x86)" folders whilst streaming Netflix videos, because while I allow SRP all the way through gpedit.msc as below:
gpedit.msc > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Software Restrictions Policies > Security Levels > Disallowed
Netflix will tosses the following error and will not play whichever movie except, the instant I put out of action SRP, Netflix streaming functions very well.
Netflix error: Internet Connection Problem Error Code: N8156-6022
Currently my system is running with Windows 7 service pack 1 64bit and the Silverlight version 4.0.60129.0

It seems to me that the problem is with the internet connection which you are using. If you are behing the home network or any LAN then also it could be issue for the streaming of Netflix. This kind of trouble may avoid the playback even if you don’t have any issue regarding your computer and the silverlight or may be the webbrowser. Please make sure that your internet connection is perfect and try over again. Furthermore try to discover the location of Silverlight associated exe/dll and so on and put in the "New Path Rule" beneath "Additional Rules".
