Unable to find the drivers for the HP SPS: 464793-002 IR Remote for windows 7
Actually as using the laptop I recently upgraded from windows XP to the windows 7. So for this I downloaded the drivers and got it installed. But the thing is that I’m not able to get the drivers for the IR Remote. So has anyone have tried with downloading the drivers. If yes then help me out with this.

Have got the same problem, after upgrading the from the windows vista to the windows 7 I got mostly all the drivers except for few and from it is the IR Remote.

For this issue you have to download and install the CIR drivers for the remote control.

And for your product check the drivers and download it for the windows 7.

First I tried with windows 7 drivers, but was not working. so I uninstalled the windows 7 drivers and installed back the vista drivers after which is working fine.

So if you are looking for the IR Remote drivers than my suggestion to you is that first try with the windows drivers and if is not working then try with the windows vista drivers, it will work.
