Unable to upgrade from office home/student edition 2008 to 2012 home/student edition
I bought the outlook 2008 home and student edition with 3 product keys in it! I it was upgradable to outlook 2012 as also posted on cover! I have activated two keys, but now I am not able to activate 3rd key of 2008 office and update it to the 2012! What has prevented the 3rd key from activating my office?

If you didn’t get the key then it’s your bad luck because the scheme ended a long back and you are trying to upgrade now! It has been almost a year now! You should have used it earlier! Still if you want you can call for customer support at Microsoft i am sure they can give you the proper answer for your question! they may give you the product key also, just try! If they don't help you then sorry for your loss. You should buy a new one or else you can also have free trial version of outlook 2012.

I did not mean that when I had installed the previous two keys I had received the activation keys but at the time of 3rd it shows can’t connect to the server! Please contact the customer support! so I am not getting this upgrade because I waited for so long? This is not fair! I still have that copy of file on my computer. It is not mentioned anywhere here on the cover!
