Nokia C3: webpage opens in black page on windows 7

webpage opens in black page on windows 7
I am new to Windows 7 and my OS/Browser is having an issue;

Say fo example, if I am on a certain WEB page & if I need to click on a link,URL, it opens in a black page. But if I copy the link and paste into Run, it opens successfully.

How do I get around this problem?

Hmm good question. Maybe install google chrome. It works much more better and faster.

Can you tell us which internet browser are you coming. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the web browser again on your windows 7 pc. Was this the first time you are getting such problem or it is constantly happening again and again. Have you tried different browers like firefox, google chrome, opera to see if this problem occurs or not?
