windows explorer has encountered a problem....
i get this windows error messages at startup. followed by a second error message. when i click debug send or dont send for each message my computer freezes then i have to shut down manually by holding the power button. then i power up my computer again and there are no error messages and it works ok. here are the two error messages:

windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. sorry for the inconvenience.

here's everything i tried to fix the problem. ran ccleaner, ran tune up utilities, ran windows registry repair, ran kaspersky antivirus, ran malware antimalware bytes. did a clean boot, uninstalled and reinstalled internet explorer 8, tried looking for error signature on the internet but found no matches, set aedebug to 0 for the drwatson error. still both errors come up one after another every other time i start up my comp. some one please help me!

Hello some day before I was facing similar kind of issue. Then I try to make an internet search and then I found the official site of Microsoft I provide the link below just go through it I apply the steps which is specified in this link and by using these steps i solve my issue.
