Cannot update MSI VR630 X VGA driver
i have bought the VR630x laptop and i have installed the Windows Xp Service Pack 3 and the present adapter is NVIDIA GEFORCE 9100M G. i have install the VGA driver from the MSI site and version is 176.82 and issued on the 2009. While now i have installed the new driver from the official site and issued on this year. But the version of these are both same so therefore no use to me. Now to open the latest games i have tried to install the most recent drivers to open the game from the official sites. Now when i open the game always i have to go through this option. The desktop display something 320x240 like this and it cannot to be resolve this issue and after that system messaging me to reinstall the Windows XP. I am using the Norton Ghost antivirus. Please anyone can tell me how to update my VGA driver. Please can anyone solve this issue?

i need to know which type of your getting the error and what error message your getting and How do you know that your VGA driver related since you cannot install the Nvidia driver. I think you need reset your BIOS and make new setup so that you can solve your problem or if you don’t installed the fresher copy of the Windows XP you will get this issue. If you tell me which type of the error you get while playing the games. So that we can solve your problem, i hope you will replay this question.

Hello thanks for replying, as you said that i have changed everything but after that also i got the same issue. When i playing the game i get the different error while plying the different game, some game show some error and some games are unable to open. But this issue is not my problem. Mine issue is how to update the VGA driver. Now i wanted to update the VGA driver, is there any way to update the driver, as there are also extra uses for my laptop in addition games. Can anyone help me too update the VGA driver?

i would like to suggest you to follow these steps, so that you can solve your issue. First download the Nvidia drivers from the some official site and then extract the all files of Nvidia where you want to extract. After that copy the NV4_DISP.INF file from the MSI driver and then over write to the Nvidia folder and after that make double click on the setup.exe from Nvidia driver’s folder. Now go to the device manager and after that select the VGA adapter and then make click on the update driver and now select the manual and then select the NV4_DISP.INF file from Nvidia folder. I hope his will solve your problem.
