Sorry, the DIGITAL IMAGE PROCESSING by GONZALEZ book that you have mentioned is not available at free cost. There are this books that are really paid off and the best website to buy this book are sites like ebay, amazon and many others. You can get discount on same or can even go to a book store and ask for its current price.
