Does everyone who sign in get an access to the beta version of windows 365?

Yes that’s but natural everyone who signs in does gets the service of windows 365.

Why should I sign up for the Office 365(plan 1) beta program?

Basically the developers launches their beta services to just test whether the service which is launched is effective or not. So signing up for the service is a good opportunity to get a sneak peak on the service offering and plus you will get a trial period to check the service of full version.
