Taskbar keeps disappearing after restarting the system on windows 7
i have installed the windows 7 home edition on mine system. Everything is working fine on mine system and i don’t have any problem. From last 3 days my task manager gets disappeared and then it will come back again i restart the system. I have tried to find out the solution to this issue but i didn’t found the solution. The task manager is also not appearing in the safe mode as well. I have internet explorer and good antivirus on the system. Now i don’t know what to do. Is there anyone to solve this issue?

i would like to suggest you to perform the Chkdsk so that you can solve your problem. The CHKDSK will fix the problem solving or different, such as bad sectors, cross-linked files, phone errors, lost clusters, etc. this is the following steps to run Chkdsk – click on the Start icon, then choose the Run program. Under the run program type the cmd, and then you click on the ENTER button.
To resolve your problem type the following on the command prompt: - Chkdsk volume: / f and press ENTER. Then restart the system. I hope this will help you in solving the issue.

According to me you need to perform the system file checker so that you can solve your problem. To do this follows the steps here:- select the start icon and click on the run program. Now under the run program type CMD and press enter. On the command prompt write the following:- sfc /scannow and hit the enter. Now you will see the dialog box saying 'the system scan will begin’. After the scan, reboot your computer and check your disk. I hope this will help you lot in solving this issue. if this doesn’t works then you should reinstall the Windows 7 and then you can solve your problem.

I had same issue on mine system as well. I have been followed the steps here to resolve the problem. You can also try for this: when computer get restart open the task manager by pressing the Ctrl+delete+Alt. now on the task manager program go to the file and select the new task and then type the explorer.exe and then hit ok button. I hope this will resolve you problem.
