There is a really simple solution to the problem, Here it is :
Download Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider 1.3b (BE CAREFUL I OR THE SITE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR SYSTEM )
First Download this application and start it . Now start the application and press the “Enable Test Mode” button .(This will enable TESTSIGNING mode, which allows unverified system files to be loaded.)
On the second path you have to Press “Sign a System File” button and enter the specific filename and it should be like following driver and \Windows\System32\drivers\XBCD.sys
Overview
when you are Done enabled Test Mode and then adding the signatures to the required system files, it will bypass the windows driver to the signature enforcement and load without any issues.

I had this same problem and solved by the following :
You need to install Driver Signature Enforcement Overrider 1.3b and restart your pc and after that install the Latest Version drivers of XBCD , and Run the driver in Administrator,Just install driver . after that Run DSEO and put the Sign System File patch and restart . after restart got to Device Manager -> Check the "Microsoft Common Controller For Windows Class" and go for "Xbox 360 Controller" properties . Now choose Driver tab and click "Update Driver" and Click on "Browse my Computer for Driver software". after that select "Let me Choose" and after that you will see XBCD driver just select it and OK ! That's all .

It seems that you need to reinstall the driver for the your XBOX 360 Controller. I will advise you to uninstall the XBOX 360 controller driver from the system and after that reinstall the latest driver. You can download the latest driver from Microsoft Site. So if you can then go through the same and see whether this is working with the issue or not.
